Dr. Sandy Kuo is a board-certified Dermatologist who practices general medical and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her medical degree from Chicago Medical School where she was awarded the Glasgow-Rubin Certificate of Commendation for Academic Achievement by the American Medical Woman's Association, and accolade for graduating first in her medical school class. Dr. Kuo then returned to California to complete an internal medicine internship at Olive View-UCLA followed by a dermatology residency at the University of California, Davis, where she served as Chief Resident during her last year. She has published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles. Dr. Kuo's clinical interests include skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, inflammatory skin conditions, and cosmetic dermatology.
