We are honored to have Dr. Steven Chow available at our Upland, California location to skillfully perform Mohs surgical skin cancer procedures. Dr. Chow is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed his fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Bennett Surgery Center in Santa Monica, California. Through these experiences, Dr. Chow has developed a profound understanding of surgical dermatology and a strong commitment to personalized patient care.

Kristin Mickelson, PA-C is a certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. Kristin is a southern California native, attending the University of California, Riverside, and graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology. She then attended Western University of Health Sciences to obtain a master's degree in Physician Assistant studies. Her commitment to education earned her admission to the Alpha Eta honor society, specifically for high achieving students in the allied health professions, and the President's Society Award. During her training as a physician assistant, Kristin gained a special love for dermatology and surgical medicine. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and is skilled in the diagnosis

Dr. Jeffrey C. Rebish is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He was raised in Westchester County, New York, and attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. He completed his medical school training at Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed his internship at San Bernardino County Hospital in San Bernardino, CA, and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He attended New York Medical College as a dermatology resident. He is presently in private practice in Upland, California, and practices general dermatology and dermatologic surgery.

Dr. Sandra Lee is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for MOHS Surgery. She was raised in Upland, and after completing undergraduate school at UCLA, traveled to the east coast to attend medical school at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Her internship was completed at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, and she completed her dermatology residency training at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, IL.

Karie Hall, PA-C is a certified physician assistant who specializes in the treatment of acne, warts and eczema while also detecting skin cancer. We accept most major insurance carriers but not all of their products. We recommend you confirm your in-network status of your health plan with your insurance carrier. Shannon Lambert, MSPA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. A Southern California native, she completed her bachelor of science in Biology at Cal Poly Pomona. In 2008 she completed her Masters in Physician Assistant studies at Western University of Health Sciences. After getting her master's she started practicing dermatology locally. Shannon is certified through the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. After 13 years of experience as a PA in dermatology, she still loves what she does. She has experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She resides in San Dimas with her husband and 3 kids.
