Susana Mandel, ARNP was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She graduated as a pharmacist from Universidad Santa Maria, Caracas in 1977, and worked at the new products department in FARMA, a pharmaceutical lab until entering medical school. She received her medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Escuela Luis Razetti in 1986, after which she completed a one-year internship in internal medicine at Hospital Jose Gregorio Hernandez in Caracas. Susana then earned her dermatologist specialist degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Escuela Jose Maria Vargas, Instituto de Biomedicina in 1991. She worked in solo practice as a dermatologist in Centro Clinico Profesional Caracas until 2004 when she migrated to the USA. After arriving in the US, she worked as a laser specialist in Aventura Medical and Cosmetic Center until 2013. She graduated from Florida International University as an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) in 2013.

Dr. Weiss has been featured in numerous national and international publications along with being invited to numerous dermatological conferences as a key speaker and educator all over the world. He is passionate about educating dermatology physicians and future physicians in the field he loves. He is a Clinical Associate Professor for the Division of Dermatology at Nova Southeastern University, Clinical Professor at University of Miami - Miller School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery, and founding voluntary faculty member and Clinical Associate Professor for Florida International University - Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.

Dr. Sholomo J. Lanes, M.D. specializes in general and vascular surgery / phlebology (the study and treatment of vein disease). He attended medical school at the Universidad Central de Venezuela , Luis Razetti School of Medicine. He then completed a post-graduate residency in general and vascular surgery at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as chief resident in surgery. He has also held positions including Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Hospital Universitario - Surgical Service II. Dr. Lanes was the founder and director of the peripheral vascular and phlebology unit at the Hospital Universitario de Caracas (HUC). He was in private practice in general and vascular surgery and phlebology at both Hospital de Clinicas Caracas and Policlinica Santiago de Leon in the city of Caracas, Venezuela.

Nancy Muskat MMS, PA-C graduated in 2004 from Nova Southeastern University with a Master's in Medical Science. From 2005 to 2008 she was offered a private dermatology residency with a local dermatologist who specialized in psoriasis. She then was hired at Hollywood Dermatology to coordinate our Psoriasis Center of Excellence. She has extensive knowledge and training in biologics, UVB, and Xtrac laser for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis as well as other inflammatory conditions. She also performs surgical procedures for skin cancer and benign lesions. She lectures on the use of biologics and has spoken for the National Psoriasis Foundation.
