Dr. Caroline Crabtree is a board-certified dermatologist who, after practicing in Jackson, Mississippi, has returned home to Birmingham to continue her passion for providing excellent cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatologic care. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. She then attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, serving as Vice President.

Dr. Rachel Pflederer is a highly skilled, board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon with expertise in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. After earning her medical degree from the University of Indiana School of Medicine, Dr. Pflederer completed her dermatology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she was named Chief Resident. In addition to advanced training in medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Pflederer is trained in the Mohs micrographic surgery technique.

Lelie Welden is a committed Certified Surgical Physician Assistant who provides general dermatology care with a special focus on skin cancer detection and treatment. From Mountain Brook, Alabama, Lelie graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Health Science at Furman University before earning her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is actively involved in the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Wendy Cantrell is an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years in dermatology. From Gardendale, Alabama, Wendy earned both her undergraduate and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at UAB in 2011 and has since served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology. Wendy has also been the Manager of Clinical Research at UAB's Department of Dermatology since 2000, where she has conducted over 100 research studies. Her professional affiliations include being a founding board member of the Alabama Society of Dermatology Professionals
