Megan Bell, MSPAS, PA-C, earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Des Moines University in Iowa. Prior to PA school, she earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota and worked as a clinical assistant in dermatology. She developed a passion for the specialty as she witnessed patients suffering from various dermatologic conditions achieve healthier skin, resulting in improved self-confidence and quality of life. Megan is committed to providing patient-centered care and thorough patient education so that each individual feels knowledgeable, engaged, and empowered in their own health care and treatment decisions. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and has completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship Program. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and family. In her free time, she loves hiking, pickleball, reading, and baking.

Abrielle Mumm, MSPAS, PA-C, earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Northwestern College in Orange City, IA. Prior to PA school, she received her Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and recently completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship Program. Abbey completed two clinical rotations in dermatology which affirmed her long-standing passion and enthusiasm for all things dermatology-related. She looks forward to building relationships with her patients and providing individualized, patient-centered care. She strives to educate her patients and ensure they possess a thorough understanding of their conditions and treatment plans.

Dr. Shah is a board-certified dermatologist and Medical Director of Clarus Dermatology. Prior to establishing Clarus Dermatology, Dr. Shah started the dermatology department for HealthEast Clinics. His clinical practice interests include skin cancer and reconstructive surgery, and medical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Shah teaches physician assistants from the Bethel University and remains active with educating his peers in practice management and cutaneous surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Medical Association, a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Heather Guertin, MPAS, PA-C, started her career in emergency medicine. In that role, she encountered patients with a wide variety of health conditions for whom she diagnosed the cause of illness and established a treatment plan to improve their condition. She discovered a passion for dermatology, which she began pursuing as her specialty. In addition to her general dermatology skills, Heather has a specific interest and talent in cosmetic dermatology, listening to her patients' goals and concerns and formulating a plan to achieve the best results. Heather earned her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA.
