Dr. Patricia Lenihan completed her medical degree at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), where she also completed her residency in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive sciences in 2020. Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Lenihan provides care to women from their adolescent years to beyond menopause. She provides common gynecological care for issues such as menopause, urinary conditions, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), pelvic pain, and more. In addition, in Obstetrics she specializes in pre-pregnancy counseling, prenatal care, delivery, and post-partum care. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, preventive medicine, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception counseling, cervical dysplasia, endometriosis, and LGBTQ+ healthcare.

Rana Fatima Lahham, MD, attended the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, completing her medical degree in 2020. She remained at UTMB to complete her OB/GYN residency in 2024. Dr. Lahham has a passion for women's health and a desire to represent people who look like her in the medical field. As a generalist OB/GYN, she is here to help patients with anything from birth control and sexual health to birth and menopause - and everything in between. Her clinical interests include family planning, reproductive health, prenatal and postnatal care, and general women's health. Dr. Lahham joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2024.

Kayla Street, MD, attended Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating with her medical degree in 2021. She then relocated to Houston to complete the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program at the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHealth) in 2025. Dr. Street joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2025. As an OB/GYN physician, she offers comprehensive women's healthcare, including well woman exams, contraception, and family planning counseling. She has a special interest in low- and high-risk obstetrics, postpartum care, sexually transmitted infections, management of abnormal uterine bleeding, menopause, endometriosis, fibroids, and vaginal bleeding and discharge.

Melinda Chai, MD, attended the University of Queensland Ochsner Medical School in Australia, obtaining her medical degree in 2019. She completed her OB/GYN residency at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in Houston in 2024. As an OB/GYN, she provides comprehensive care and education for women at all life stages. In addition to providing well woman care, Dr. Chai works with patients on health concerns such as abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, sexually transmitted infections, hormonal therapy, and menopause symptoms. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive gynecology, obstetrical care, and family planning. Dr. Chai joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2024.
