Jennifer earned her Master of Science in nursing from DePaul University of Chicago and completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Loyola University of Chicago Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking, being outdoors, and sharing adventures with her dog Biscuit.

About Mumtaj Chand, DO Dr. Chand is a board-certified pediatrician who provides high-quality, evidence-based care while listening attentively to her patients and responding with kindness and compassion. She brings both clinical excellence and a deep personal understanding to her work. As a mother herself, she recognizes how stressful a pediatric visit can be and strives to make each experience as comforting and positive as possible. Dr. Chand has a special passion for newborn care and has clinical interests in nutrition, telehealth, and obesity prevention.

Dr. Perez is double-board certified in Pediatrics and Obesity Medicine. As a born and raised Chicagoan, she brings two decades of experience in caring for children and families across Chicagoland. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her residency at Rush University Medical Center. She is deeply committed to building trusting, collaborative relationships; where families feel heard, respected, and never rushed during appointments. Dr. Perez believes that combining healthy lifestyle habits with evidence-based care allows children to thrive and supports their long-term wellness.
