Dr. Paddack joined Colorado Urology in November 2019 and has been practicing general urology in northern Colorado since 2014. He treats male and female patients for general urologic conditions and has a particular interest in the areas of minimally invasive/robotic surgery for urologic cancers, prostate enlargement, kidney stones, urethral stricture disease, urinary incontinence, and male sexual dysfunction.

Conor Kuczka, PA-C is a physician assistant who specializes in general urology working closely with Dr. John "Jay" Paddack, MD at Colorado Urology's Longmont office. Before joining Colorado Urology, Conor worked as a healthcare specialist in the United States Army, and as a medical assistant and endoscopy technician while taking prerequisite courses for physician assistant school.
