Andrea Littlefield, PA-C graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then went on to receive her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University in Louisville, KY. Before joining Tennessee Urology, Andrea specialized in Urology with over one year of experience. Her duties included hybrid inpatient and outpatient services including but not limited to: conducting outpatient clinic visits for variety of urologic complaints, performing outpatient cystoscopies, surgical first assist with open and robotic urologic procedures as well as performing daily in-patient rounding.

Patti Pritchett is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She graduated with her Master's of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chattanooga State Technical Community College.

Dr. Garrett Lischer has been practicing general urology since 2004. His areas of interest include bladder and prostate cancer, including robotic prostatectomy, erectile dysfunction, including penile prosthesis, male sexual health issues, testicular pain, incontinence in men and women, kidney stone disease, and low testosterone. He also focuses on Peyronie's Disease, urinary tract infection, and voiding dysfunction in men and women. Dr. Lischer also performs the UroLIft and Rezm procedures for BPH/enlarged prostate, and advanced treatments for overactive bladder (OAB) including neuromodulation therapy (Interstim) and BOTOX.

Dr. Brian Parker practices general urology and specializes in kidney stone disease, low testosterone, bladder and kidney conditions, Peyronie's disease, and male and female incontinence and voiding dysfunction. He also treats erectile dysfunction including penile prosthesis implants, hematuria, interstitial cystitis, and urethral stricture. In addition, he treats female pelvic health conditions, interstitial cystitis, and performs advanced treatments for overactive bladder (OAB) including neuromodulation therapy (Interstim) and BOTOXinterstitial cystitis. Dr, Parker also performs the UroLIft and Rezm procedures for BPH/enlarged prostate.

Rachel serves as Tennessee Urology's lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP), providing care to prostate cancer patients. She also works closely with Dr. LeRoy in the advanced prostate cancer clinic. Rachel joined Tennessee Urology as a provider in 2016. Her clinical interests include urinary tract infections, overactive bladder, incontinence, and BPH.

Dr. Maull specializes in general urology for men and women as well as the evaluation of men for elevated PSA including MRI fusion biopsy, prostate cancer management including robotic prostatectomy and SpaceOar, BPH management including Urolift and Greenlight PVP, as well as kidney stone treatment such as PCNL, ureteroscopy, and ESWL. Dr. Maull also specializes in minimally invasive surgery, including both robotics and laparoscopy.

Dr. Timothy LeRoy has practiced general urology in the Knoxville area since 2011 when he joined Knoxville Urology Clinic after he completed his urology residency at the Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, FL. His areas of specialty include kidney stone disease, prostate cancer and voiding dysfunction for men and women.
