Dr. Noble is the medical Director and founder of Southwest Center for Reproductive Health in El Paso, Texas. He is a highly-trained and experienced fertility specialist that has been providing top of the line Reproductive Medical Services in El Paso-Las Cruces and greater Mexico area since 1996. He earned his Medical degree from ITESM-EMIS medical school in Monterrey, Mexico where he graduated magna-cum laude. He then completed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He also completed a Research Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Baylor College of Medicine In Houston, Texas.
