Matthew Patterson, MSAT, LAT, ATC is a highly-skilled Athletic Trainer at Alliance Orthopedics in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Matt brings extensive experience in rehabilitative exercise, strength and conditioning, and sports medicine. His clinical background includes designing and implementing comprehensive ACL rehabilitation programs and working closely with Division I athletes to improve performance and prevent injury.

Dr. Shalin Patel is a fellowship-trained, board certified orthopedic spine surgeon at Alliance Orthopedics, bringing extensive expertise in spinal surgery and a commitment to delivering innovative, patient-focused care across New Jersey. Dr. Patel earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College before obtaining his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California, followed by specialized fellowship training in spine surgery at Harvard University.

Antonio Elifani is a highly skilled licensed Athletic Trainer at Alliance Orthopedics. He specializes in rehabilitation of athletic related injuries of both the upper and lower extremity. Antonio's goal with working at Alliance Orthopedics is to provide quality patient centered care while implementing principles from his past sport specific experiences. Antonio attended the University of Delaware's accelerated Master's program where he completed his 5 year study of Athletic Training. While in school, Antonio completed experiences working with the university's baseball and football teams. He also had the opportunity to work for the Miami Dolphins as an athletic training intern for the summer semester of 2023.
