Dr. MacNichol comes to us from Roanoke Valley Pain Clinic in Roanoke Rapids. Dr. MacNichol joins our office with 23 years' experience caring for patients with painful conditions. In addition to managing medications, Dr. MacNichol provides epidural injections, spinal facet injections, peripheral joint injections, neck injections, spinal cord stimulators and radio-frequency treatments for painful nerves.

Dr. Kemker joined Carolina Regional Orthopaedics in August of 2020. He specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery and Adult Reconstruction. He attended Indiana University with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry and Psychology. He did his residency at Michigan State University and recently completed his Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Virginia Commonweatlth University. Dr. Kemker takes pride in returning his patients back to their normal activities, such as, sports, working in their gardens, workshops and regaining their independence from their hip and knee pain. Through Dr. Kemker's training and fellowship he has become focused on the treatment of advanced reconstruction problems, such as, fracture repair, infections and wound care, and the failing of hip and knee replacements. His goal is keeping expert care close to home.
