Many studies document the powerful effect of lifestyle changes on all of the chronic diseases we deal with today such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and blood sugar problems, osteoporosis, stroke, cancer, arthritis, cholesterol problems and Alzheimer's. Comprehensive lifestyle changes are shown to influence genetic expression in a positive way for hundreds of genes. Coronary blockages can regress from multiple lifestyle changes.
