Dr. Cross is a native of Springfield, Illinois. He is a graduate of Springfield High School. Dr. Cross attended DePauw University and graduated with a degree in Mathematics. Dr. Cross graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry. He returned to Loyola University for his residency training in Periodontics. Dr. Cross' education continues with attending frequent dental CE Training and seminars. He applies the principles of microsurgery in the treatment of his patients. The surgical microscope has a magnification of two to twenty-six times that of the naked eye. The tremendous increase in magnification allows for more accurate and precise hand movements and control.
