Mindy Black founded Mindy Black Nutrition & Lifestyle Management 10 years ago. As a private practice dietitian, Mindy saw clients all over Northeast Florida. In addition to working with private clients, Mindy was the sports dietitian consultant for both Jacksonville University and the Jacksonville Jaguars. In May 2016, Mindy was promoted to the Director of Nutrition Performance for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Sammy Previte joined Mindy Black Nutrition & Lifestyle Management to take on the private clients. As Mindy and Sammy grew their practice, a successful partnership was founded: Dietitians of Palm Valley. Mindy Black and Sammy Previte, have a shared passion for helping others live healthier, happier lives.
