My path to Certified Nutritionist was a long and winding road, with 25 years in food and hospitality. I cooked on fishing boats in Alaska, owned my own burger joint, Blondie's, on San Juan Island and a ski-in dinner yurt in Sun Valley, Idaho. This led to consulting, resort development and management.
