ProActive Physical Therapy's Green Valley clinic is located in the Sahuarita community and serves those who live in southern Tucson. We treat diagnoses including: spinal pain and dysfunction; joint pain, and replacements; sports injuries; and arthritic conditions. Our therapists are highly trained, including Certified Integrated Manual Therapists, and licensed in the state of Arizona. Our treatment techniques include, joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise, modalities including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, cold and heat; and mechanical traction.

James Trout Physical Therapy provides 1 hour treatment sessions. Patient are seen by a licensed therapist. We provide skilled treatment with an emphasis of gentle manual therapy (hands on techniques) and therapeutic exercises directed to your specific needs. We provide services for balance disorders, spinal pain, extremity pain, pre/post surgical rehabilitation and orthopedic foot disorders. We provide speciality services of custom orthotics and lymphedema treatment with bandaging.
