Dr Riley Love is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He underwent internship and residency at Mt. Zion Hospital [UCSF] in San Francisco, California. He practiced full time emergency medicine and was the Medical Director of the Emergency Departments at Lassen Memorial Hospital in Susanville, California and Memorial South Hospital in Modesto, California.

Laxmaiah Manchikanti, M.D., is the Medical Director of the Pain Management Centers of Paducah, KY, and Marion, IL, and the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Paducah, KY, and Pain Care Surgery in Marion, IL. He is also Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY and A Professor of Anesthesiology in the Research Department of Anesthesiology at the LSU School of Medicine Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA.

We are located in a 21,000 square foot building on Lone Oak Road as part of Pain Management Center, which also houses Ambulatory Surgery Center and Paducah Physical Therapy. We plan and supervise all programs, tracking treatments, and handling case management. The staff consists of a medical director, physicians, physical therapist, along with various ancillary personnel including nurses and administrative personnel. Pain Management Center is equipped with the most state-of-the-art equipment in this area. Kavita Manchikanti, M.D. (Dr. Kavita) is an interventional pain management physician practicing at the Pain Management Centers of Paducah, Kentucky and Marion, Illinois and the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Paducah, Kentucky and the Pain Care Surgery of Marion, Illinois encompassing multidisciplinary pain management programs.
