Heather brings 20 years of extensive physical therapy experience to Nebraska Spine + Pain Center. She obtained a master's degree in physical therapy from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and health promotion from Iowa State University. She has a strong background in the rehabilitation of the injured worker through work conditioning and completes FCEs (Functional Capacity Exams). Heather's professional interests are based in Stuart McGill's spine biomechanics and the treatment of spine pain with corrective movement patterns.

Kelly Samson joined Nebraska Spine + Pain Center in 2018, after gaining a wealth of experience in outpatient physical therapy. She loves helping individuals improve their mobility, stability, posture, and movement patterns in order to help them return to the activities they enjoy and enhance their quality of life, activity level, and athletic performance. Kelly has enjoyed playing golf since a young age, which has driven her passion to help golfers enhance the physical characteristics that impact their golf swing and swing efficiency. She is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute as a medical and fitness provider. She combines evidence-based knowledge and treatment strategies to deliver rehabilitation services to individuals across the lifespan.

Jaclyn came to Nebraska Spine + Pain Center in 2019 after working in an outpatient setting in Le Mars, IA. Jaclyn's specialties include a variety of orthopedic conditions and brain injury rehab. Treatments are based on her training in McGill spine biomechanics, where she focuses on transitioning patients into functional movement.

Rachel brings over 30 years of extensive physical therapy experience to Nebraska Spine + Pain Center, specializing in spinal dysfunctions, rehabilitation of the injured worker through work conditioning, and the use of manual therapy. She has a strong focus on posture awareness, movement recovery, and stabilization techniques.
