About Laura Yurkovic Laura Yurkovic, MS, PA-C is an orthopedic Physician Assistant serving patients at Alliance Orthopedics in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Laura attended Rutgers University where she graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences. She went on to graduate school at Rutgers University, receiving her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies in 2011. Laura specializes in orthopedics and interventional pain management and has experience in emergency medicine and interventional radiology.

Justin Soto is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and proud graduate of Union County College, where they developed a strong foundation in evidence-based rehabilitation and patient care. Their passion for physical therapy began at the age of 14, after experiencing a soccer-related injury that introduced them to the healing power of movement and the impact a great therapy team can make. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in the human body and a desire to help others recover, rebuild, and thrive. Now working in the field, Justin has had the opportunity to support patients across various backgrounds-ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management and sports-related rehab.

Julia Wiemken, PT, DPT, is a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist at Alliance Orthopedics in Old Bridge, New Jersey. She specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with a focus on sports-specific training, helping athletes and active individuals reach their full potential. Julia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Allied Health Sciences from Kutztown University before advancing her education with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stockton University.

Dr. Megan McDermott, PT, DPT is a highly trained Physical Therapist at Alliance Orthopedics in Freehold, New Jersey. She specializes in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation to decrease pain and physical limitations. She has a passion for returning patients to doing what they love, no matter the age or current condition. Megan attended the University of Scranton, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, with a Nutrition Concentration. She continued her education at the University of Scranton, where she then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
