Our licensed physical therapists understand the impact of indemnity and medical costs, plus other incentives impacting the worker compensation system. Early treatment and/or prevention, an emphasis on RTW, and continued case management are areas of focus for our clients. We treat several work-related injuries and/or illnesses, perform pre and post-employment screens associated with a functional job description, and present OSHA standard ergonomic assessments and training. We are considered experts in the functional job matching process, with our RTW programs and our overall care for the employee.
