I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #47450) since 2008. Though I have worked with many different people with many different concerns my areas of expertise are symptoms of depression, anxiety, stage of life issues, grief work, work with couples and group therapy with advanced training in anger control techniques for adults and adolescents, trauma therapy, crisis services and treatment planning. My clinical experience also includes working with people who have moderate to severe mental health symptoms. I am also a certified Hostage Negotiator.
