I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the challenges associated with life transitions, stress, anxiety, trauma and depression. As a therapist who works with individuals and couples, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and insight oriented (psychodynamic) techniques to help my clients adjust to new transitions in their lives (i.e., parenting, career changes, relationship difficulties, loss of loved ones, health problems). Together we explore the cause of your problems and create a hands on active plan to make changes to what is no longer working. I also co-facilitate a mother's support group focused on assisting moms in navigating the changes in their lives.
I am bilingual and can provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
