Helping people get healthy has been the dedication of this practice for two generations. Joan Riemer-Elser, RN, ND, OMD, FNP started the practice in 1976 using massage therapy, colon hydrotherapy and nutritional supplements. Over the years, new techniques were added: Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. In 1992, Martha Elser, DHm, LAc joined the practice. Martha uses Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Homeopathic remedies, diet, and lifestyle changes to help individuals feel better and achieve a sense of wellness to their lives. Martha continues Joan's belief that our job is to teach people how to get well and give them the tools to stay well. Some of the concerns of patients through the years have been back pain, neck pain, acne, allergies, constipation, depression.
