Maryanne Davis, WHNP-BC, FNP-BC, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in Shreveport, and her post-masters certificate from Grambling State University. Maryanne has over 25 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She is a board-certified Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Tiffany P. Frost, MSN, AGNP, CFCN, CDE, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas in Monticello. She attended the Medical University of South Carolina to receive specialized training in Wound and Foot Care and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe to become a Board Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She has served for 5 years as Chair of the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Certification Board's Exam Committee for the Certified Foot Care Nurse Exam. She has provided Diabetes Self-Management Training and Support and routine foot care for patients with Diabetes for over 20 years and has been the Diabetes Service Quality Coordinator for Affinity Health Group since 2012. She is a member of the American Diabetes Association (ADA), the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE), and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Sierra G. Norwood, APRN, AGNP-C received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing, Gerontologic Primary Care, from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has over eleven years of experience with Primary Care, Dialysis, and Emergency Nursing.

Melissa Flemister, APRN, FNP-C, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and her Master of Science-Family Nurse Practitioner from Grambling State University. She has been a nurse practitioner since 2013 and has over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse in critical care settings. Melissa is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Sherry Acree, a native of Monroe, LA, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 and her Master of Science-Family Nurse Practitioner in 2025 from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Additionally, she received the Outstanding FNP Student Award from ULM in spring of 2025. Sherry is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP) and Sigma Theta Tau. Sherry is married to her husband, Eric, and together they have five children. While not seeing patients, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, boating, and spending time with her family.

Mark L. Stephens, APRN, FNP-C received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU's School of Nursing in New Orleans. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University. Mark has over 10 years of experience as a staff nurse as well as experience managing ER operations. He is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP).

Ellen Murray, a native of Monroe, LA, obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in 1989 and her Master's of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University in 2000. Ellen has over 35 years of experience under her belt, working as a Nurse Practitioner for 25 years, primarily in ENT. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as an emergency room RN for 11 years. Ellen is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana and is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ellen joined Affinity Health Group's ENT department in Monroe, LA in the Fall of 2025.

Melissa Beinkemper, APRN, CPNP-PC received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2011. She received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Pediatric Primary Care from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 2022. She has worked in the NICU and pediatric care settings since 2011. Melissa is certified by the Louisiana Registered State Board of Nursing, Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, and the American Heart Association. She is a member of Louisiana Nurse Practitioner Association and National Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Anna C. Watson, APRN, FNP-C received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2010. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and graduated summa cum laude. Her prior nursing experience was in the hospital setting, including medical/surgical and emergency room services. She has been a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of urology for the past 6 years. She has experience with general urology with a special interest, and expertise, in recurrent urinary tract infections. She is from Delhi, LA and is married to Kristopher Watson. They have two children, Jack and Molly. She enjoys exercising, traveling, and watching her children in their many extracurricular activities.
