Tanver Mazumder, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, completed his education at Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas, earning his Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. Trilingual in English, Bangla, and Hindi, Tanver came to Kelsey-Seybold's Family Medicine department in January 2026 as a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than ten years of experience in healthcare. He provides primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care and helping patients maintain long-term health and wellness. He also treats a wide range of conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, infections, minor injuries, and mental health concerns.

Kelly Callahan, MSN, FNP-C, started her career as a registered nurse and then continued her education completing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2012 to become a family nurse practitioner. Kelly offers both well and sick care, providing travel medicine, vaccines, and annual physicals as well as treatment and management of chronic conditions. Emphasizing that patient education helps improve overall health, Kelly maintains a focus on disease and illness prevention. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.
