Years of emotion shows up in many ways in our lives such as tension, in our health, and dis-ease in our body. The way you are in your body is the way you move through this world. An example would be how emotions shows up as tension with symptoms as shoulder aches - when we discharge/release the emotion from our body, we experience weigh off the shoulders and our body moves more freely. I listen and allow people to express emotions instead of stuffing emotions in their body and life without judgment - by freeing these emotions from our body, it prevents them from spilling over into other places of life. I offer my clients a safe place where a range of emotions can be expressed without judgment, to help educate how important self-care is for both our health and our body, and to listen
