We are registered nurses, both practicing in the Hudson Valley of New York. Over the past several years, Spirit has moved us to begin exploration and training in complementary therapies. Our shop is the culmination of that dream. We offer products such as crystals, candles, statues, jewelry, books, cds and more to enhance your life as well as classes and workshops.
