She received her bachelor's degree in biology with honors from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in 2021, and earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Xavier University of Louisiana in 2025. Maggie is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology (ENT) and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants. Maggie W. Jackson, PA-C joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's ENT department and is working together with Dr. Caroline Rieger to coordinate care for our patients.

Shelbi C. Ettinger, a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, attended Southwest Mississippi Community College on a fastpitch softball scholarship, where she earned an Associate degree in General Studies in 2011. Following her collegiate softball career, Shelbi went on to earn an Associate degree in Nursing from Hinds Community College in 2015, her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019, and her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in 2024, where she was awarded Franciscan Student of the Year in 2024. Shelbi joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Gastroenterology Department in September of 2025.
