Chances are you have never heard of restorative exercises for postural alignment. Or someone may have mentioned it to you but you are not sure what it is or whether it is a right fit for you. A short description of my services would be “Personal Training for better alignment using restorative exercises and better alignment practices during regular activities such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, gardening, etc.” While I often teach short classes at Assabet After Dark school in Marlborough, MA, I mostly work with my clients one-on-one at my studio in Hudson, MA (by appointment only).
