Mission & Philosophy: Great Lakes Orthotics & Medical Supply, Inc. (GLOMS) was founded in 2014. GLOMS mission is to provide patients with 5 star orthotic related services to treat each patient’s unique musculoskeletal pathology. From the neck to the feet, GLOMS provides a comprehensive portfolio of prefabricated orthotics to customized orthotics to stabilize all orthopedic conditions. GLOMS Unique Touch: GLOMS will provide patients with assistance in the proper application of their brace or orthotic. This will be completed after each item is received by the patient where they will consult the GLOMS orthotist or orthotic fitter. If the patient prefers personal application, online video tutorials will be available with a step by step application of how to utilize each orthotic (only orthotics requiring assembly). GLOMS State of the Art Workshop: GLOMS manufactures all custom fabricated foot orthotics in our state of the art workshop utilizing a variety of materials to provide patients with the ideal customized insole. We not only custom fabricate your insole based on your aches and pain, we also take into account your level of daily activity. Whereas many of our internet/online competitors provide semi-custom insoles (heat moldable etc.), GLOMS provides a true custom fabricated foot orthotic unique to you.
