Since 1984, we treat spider veins, unwanted temple veins and reticular leg veins by injection sclerotherapy; varicose veins mainly by surgery namely the minimally invasive "ambulatory phlebectomy" under local anesthesia in an office setting with no down time. Patients drive to and from the office directly back to normal daily activities. Since 1991 we have performed over 3600 surgeries of the kind. We also treat with the same minimally invasive method unwanted hand veins. All procedure are done strictly in an office setting, local anesthesia and without need for convalescence.
