We are a partner with the medical community in the Long Beach area collaborating with Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Community Hospital of Long Beach, St. Mary's Medical center, Pacific Hospital of Long Beach and many other medical centers. Many of the attending physicians are the same ones that see our patients in the hospitals. We have a solid track record in discharging patients back home or to a lower level of care after a hospital stay. We provide 24 hour RN's on duty in addition to our LVN and CNA's and operate our rehab department 7 Days a week. Our team of caregivers provide care with compassion and truly demonstrate through their care that We Are Family, Serving Families.
