Adult & Pediatric Urgent Care, formerly Westlake Urgent Care, was originally opened in 1987 by Dr Aziz Ghaussy MD, and since that time has repeatedly proven itself to be a pillar to the Thousand Oaks, and Westlake medical communities. In 2012, management was handed over to Dr. Michael Howell MD, a board certified physician with urgent care experience in Post-Katrina Louisiana and sports medicine with the 2007 BCS national championship LSU tigers . Over the years, Westlake Urgent Care has treated all ages of patients, and expanded the practice to include immediate digital X-ray imaging, onsite laboratory with results in under 10 minutes, and an onsite pharmacy to improve both treatment times and patient convenience. Our goal is to provide the highest quality medical services, using the latest health technology available to provide you with the medical care that you need, when you need it most at a reasonable cost. In 2013, Dr. Michael Howell and Dr. Julina Howell cofounded North Hollywood Urgent Care to extend their quality urgent care services to additional areas.
