Assisted Living at Hawkins Gate LLC main focus is on promoting health and wellness by providing person-centered care and service in a comfortable, home environment. We believe a smaller setting is better when providing care and service. Our home has 5 residents allowing us to provide each person with the individualized attention they deserve. We are able to care for individuals with a variety of health needs including individuals with mild to moderate dementia.
