Dr.Rubinstein attended medical school in Moscow, Russia. She completed residency program in Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvannia Hospital. She received Fellowship training at the Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is Board Certified in Psychiatry. I'm a psychiatrist with expertise in children, 10 years old and older as well as adolescents. I'm interested in women with problems related to childbearing and postmenopausal changes. I do a thorough evaluation to make an accurate diagnosis, and prescribe appropriate medication(s). I do psychotherapy to improve interpersonal relationships and coping skills.
