Lifestar case management services, Inc offers Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management to assist clients in gaining access to needed financial and insurance benefits, employment, medical, social, educational, assessment of functional abilities and needs, and other services. These supportive services include working with then client's natural support system in order to develop and implement the service plan.
