Mermaid Birth LLC is a midwifery practice serving families throughout Northern Utah and Southern Idaho within one hour of Brigham City. Established in March 2011, with its birth center opening in June 2015, Mermaid Birth offers personalized care for birth centers, home, and water births. Led by Certified Professional Midwife (CPM-LDEM) Danielle Chancellor, the practice combines over time with a focus on safe, informed, and family-centered care. Services include prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum support, with an emphasis on individualized attention, clinical awareness, and a calm, supportive birth environment.
