Tinley Woods Surgery Center [TWSC] has four, large, modern operating rooms with state-of-the-science equipment and a minor procedure/endoscopy room. Surgical specialties include anesthesiology/pain management, dentistry, oral surgery, otolaryngology, general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, podiatry, gastroenterology and urology. Anesthesia services are provided by a group of anesthesiologists affiliated with Advocate Christ Hospital and Medical Center working as independent contractors. Managed by the Midwest Surgical Management Group, TWSC is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and is a provider in the Medicare Program.
