Chronic pain coaching is not the same as going to a doctor or a therapist for treatment. A coach helps a client to identify challenges in life that cause problems and concerns. These challenges can be insurmountable if they are not identified and overcome. Once the client identifies challenges, the coach helps him or her explore ways to changes the challenges to goals. The coach works with the client for as long as 4 months to make sure he or she is attaining goals and is living life to the fullest. The initial consultation is complimentary.
