I am the founder of Sol Nutrition and Wellness and my mission is to empower every person to tap into their own body wisdom. My role is to guide people to rediscover body senses, appetite, hunger/fullness and allow people to strike their balance point between pleasure of food and eating for nutrition and health. My role is to uplift, promote exploration and never to limit to a prescription or diet standard. Sol Nutrition works with adults of all genders at any stage of readiness for change. My ideal client is someone who is stuck in a pattern of negativity with food or body and willing to explore the relationship with food. They might be mid life or older with an interest in health but lacking a foundation in holistic health and knowledge of nutrition.
