I became a Therapeutic Coach® and Clinical Hypnotherapist because I wanted to help people heal and begin to realize their true potential. We never know what goes on behind the minds of others. What pain or hurt they have endured. My mission is to help my clients speak to their challenges and find ways to remove the obstacles in their lives. I offer a safe and friendly environment for you to explore your challenges & feelings. Together we will figure out the root cause and help heal what no longer service you. One way we are different at Resource Therapy is we don't stop a client in their process. We don't set a time limit on a session. If were in a session & they get to something big & want to continue then we go for it. We want real change for our clients. And we work with you to get it.
