Holistic counseling and coaching services are now offered as an integrative alternative approach to one's overall health and wellness in this local community. Services are self-pay and sliding scale is available based upon financial needs per consult with Jacqueline Glaros, PCC (Holistic Counselor/Coach). Both counseling and coaching skills will be implemented in helping individuals meet their health and wellness goals towards creating harmony, peace, long life, passion and balance in their lives. These services are very Whole person centered/Humanistic mainly in nature and concepts of Solution-Focused Based approaches, Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, Mindfulness-Cognitive Based approaches, Existentialism in finding your own meaning and purpose in life for overall satisfaction and happiness, and Positive Psychology concepts will also be utilized as needed. Clinical assessments/diagnosis can be made per Jacqueline Glaros, PCC service recommendations and/or per client request.
