Holistic means whole, which is how I treat my clients. I bring in whatever aspects of coaching and healing can help them the best. If you want to lose weight, but you also are feeling sluggish, I might do a healing fact-finding session. Holistic healing works to find the cause of illness not just putting a bandaid over the issue. Most root causes can be found in the energy fields down our spine called Chakras. Too little or too much energy in a Chakra throws off our balance and causes organs to stress or be under-untilized. I work with my clients on all life issues, which can include their professional life, as well.
