Elizabeth is a certified BodyTalk practitioner and instructor. She uses an astonishingly simple and effective holistic therapy that allows the body's energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. BodyTalk stimulates the body's innate ability to balance and heal itself on all levels. She has also studied, trained and worked in various healing modalities such as Midwifery, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Advanced Brain Work and Lymphatic Drainage since 1979 on her quest to understand, educate and assist healing the human body.
