I founded Holistic Body Talk with the goal of helping individuals become more aware of their bodies and their health. When individuals live a life with purpose, they feel vital, joyful, pain free, relieved, stress free, with desire, with dreams...that is exactly what most clients fill in the Health Chart when they come, their dreams but, isn't that the way life should be? However, their reality is absolutely the opposite. Almost everyone comes depressed, sad, overwhelmed, stressed, feeling criticized, not loved or wanted or desired, ignored, isolated, angry, upset, in pain, with insomnia, etc...over and over again. When they have tried every other therapy, they come desperate in search for a cure. I help them relax, they fall asleep on the table, they trust, they open up to possibilities, they start feeling more connected, more centered, focused, sharper, they sleep better, they heal their chronic pain, they can handle life's situations with ease, they feel happy, dynamic, energetic..all of these aspects affect their environment and therefore the family dynamics improve and all their worries dissipate. Everything starts falling into place.
