Established in 2007 Welcome to Buds and Roses Collective Buds and Roses Collective is a not-for-profit medical cannabis (marijuana) dispensing collective serving legally qualified patients. Since 2007 Buds and Roses Collective has provided safe and affordable access to medical cannabis for legally qualified patients living with life-altering medical conditions including HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain and other serious conditions. Buds and Roses Collective started before the City of Los Angeles put a moratorium on medical cannabis collectives in 2007. We were the 17th collective to register with the city of Los Angeles. We found out in the summer of 2010 that Buds and Roses Collective is 1 of 41 "eligible" collective to move forward in LA's permitting process.
