Dr. Kesa has been dedicated to patient care for more than 30 years. After graduating from medical school in 1992, he trained and worked in both India and the United Kingdom before completing his Internal Medicine residency at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York (2002). He later moved to Indianapolis, where he served the community in Emergency Medicine across multiple hospitals. In 2015, Dr. Kesa founded MD Wellness Center & Med Spa with a “patient-first” philosophy, offering medical weight loss, non-surgical cosmetic, and regenerative treatments to help patients look and feel their best.
