Our mission it to provide compassionate care to our patient and their loved ones. Our Hospice team consists of patient's primary physicians, we have our own Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Hospice Aids, Social Workers, Chaplain, Speech and Physical Therapists, Dietitians, Massage THerapist, Accupuncturist and wonderful hospice volunteers. Our Hospice Team eases the burden on care givers by offering support and information. Our team works directly with family members and other care givers, teaching them how to care for their loved one during this difficult time. We also provide bereavement care and counseling to surviving family....the children...grandchildren.....and friends.
