Volunteers will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience by providing support and assistance during their visit. Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly as they arrive. Assist patients with filling out forms and paperwork. Ensure patients feel welcomed and valued. Provide information and answer any questions patients may have. Offer additional assistance as needed to improve patient comfort and satisfaction. Shift Details: Three shifts available each day: Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Volunteers can choose shifts according to their availability.
